I am tired – but you get to wind down over a couple of beers.

I am a misfit in this culture – but there is no culture.

We don’t celebrate anything, let alone failures – did we not cut a cake for your birthday.

Team misses a leader – who needs one when you have a manager always around.

No ownership – you are the owner of the company given laptop and car and…

No wowness – but we are centrally air-conditioned, and your perks?

Systems breaking people – then let’s get better people.

No smiles around – that’s a lie (smiling).

More importantly, I dread coming to work – but you get your paycheque irrespective.
