Team misses a leader – who needs one when you have a manager always around.
No ownership – you are the owner of the company given laptop and car and…
No wowness – but we are centrally air-conditioned, and your perks?
Systems breaking people – then let’s get better people.
No smiles around – that’s a lie (smiling).
More importantly, I dread coming to work – but you get your paycheque irrespective.
Side Note: When the life is calling for life, do you go deaf or do you listen to it with your heart.
