I am sure you are aware of the 3Ds formula. Whenever you are confronted with a meeting/email/call/or a situation, you have the following options:
1st D – DO
2ns D – DELEGATE
3rd D – DELETE

Pretty self-explanatory, aren’t they?

The key, however, is to religiously follow them.
